This year's Forum will be presented in a virtual online live format
October 24 - 29, 2022. Registration includes access to view the live online broadcast of applicable sessions plus available on demand recordings of those sessions after the live broadcast, continuing education credit, and the speakers' program materials. This virtual online live format will allow you to participate online in real time with the speakers, including opportunities for Q&A, and will be structured to qualify for continuing education credit to the extent allowed by the respective accrediting agencies.
The Forum will record videos of all the sessions and your registration fee will include on demand online access to these recordings for later viewing until November 30, 2023.

“Can’t attend live? Register to attend the on demand webinar. The on demand webinar of the 2022 Tax & Estate Planning Forum will be online on or about November 14, 2022 and will be available until November 30, 2023, for 24/7 streaming. Registration for the on demand webinar includes access on demand to all recorded videos of all the sessions, continuing legal education credit (where available), and the speakers' program materials. During the period from November 14, 2022 to October 31, 2023, you will be able to stream all video presentations at the time of your choosing--viewing at your convenience with play and pause features. All registered on-demand participants will receive a link to access the video presentations.

LAWYERS: Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE): The Forum is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider. The Forum is also an approved provider by the State Bar of California in the specialization areas of Taxation Law and of Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law.The Forum certifies that in California this activity qualifies for participatory minimum continuing legal education credit in the amount of nineteen and one-half (19.5) hours, including 2 hours of ethics credit, 1 hour of competence, and 1 hour of elimination of bias. The Forum will certify attendance for registrants who request it and will forward such certification to the appropriate state, agency or board.
LEGAL SPECIALIZATIONS: The Forum is also a State Bar of California-approved Legal Specialization Provider in the areas of Taxation Law and Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.
